Sellers of goods may be other third parties (not the Administration) who use the services of dermolivo.com.ua to sell their goods on the Internet. Information about such sellers is provided by the Administration at the request of the User (Buyer)<\/p><p>1.3. since this agreement is a public offer, the user (buyer) who gets access to the site materials is considered to have joined this Agreement.<\/p><p>1.4. The Site Administration, the owner of dermolivo.com.ua and\/or persons authorized by him\/her have the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The new or amended Agreement shall enter into force after it is posted on the Site. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.<\/p><p>1.5. the buyer agrees to this public offer as a whole and without reservations when placing an order on the site.<\/p><p>1.6. the visitor (buyer) agrees that he understands all the terms of this agreement and accepts it fully and unconditionally.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li>Registration on the site<\/li><\/ol><p>2.1. to create orders on the Site, the User (buyer) can go through the registration procedure and enter the necessary data according to the questionnaire.<\/p><p>2.2. when registering on the Site, the User (buyer) undertakes to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details in order for the site administration to fulfill its obligations to the User (buyer) and deliver the paid goods to him.<\/p><p>2.3. during the registration process on the Site, the User (buyer) specifies the login (his e-mail) and password, for the security of which he is responsible. The user (buyer) undertakes not to disclose the login and password specified during registration to third parties, and to store this data in a place inaccessible to outsiders. The buyer is solely responsible for all actions performed on their behalf, i.e. using their username and password.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li>Privacy and personal data<\/li><\/ol><p>3.1. the information provided by the user (buyer) is confidential. The site administration uses information about the user (buyer) in order to fulfill the user&#039;s (buyer&#039;s) orders, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.<\/p><p>3.2. By filling out the registration form on the site dermolivo.com.ua, the Visitor (Buyer) voluntarily agrees to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Site Administration in order to: the data provided by the Visitor (Buyer) during registration on the Site will be used to process Orders for the purchase of Goods, receive information about the Order, send advertising and special offers, information about promotions, drawings or any other information about the activities of the Website by telecommunication means (e-mail, mobile communication)<\/p><p>3.3. for the purposes provided for in this clause, the administration has the right to send letters, messages and materials to the postal address, e-mail of the visitor (buyer), as well as send SMS messages, make calls to the number specified in the questionnaire, if this is necessary to fulfill the order of the user ( buyer). The administration has the right to record phone calls with the visitor (buyer) in order to improve the quality of the latter&#039;s service, to which the visitor (Buyer) gives his \/ her unconditional consent.<\/p><p>3.4 The Visitor (Buyer) agrees to the use of cookie technology by the Administration. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read the information of the Visitor's (Buyer's) hard disk. Cookies are used to improve the quality of services, in particular: to quickly identify the Visitor (Buyer); save the settings of the Visitor (Buyer), his personal preferences, track the status of the Visitor's (Buyer's) access session and trends characteristic of him. The Administration also uses cookies for advertising purposes, including managing ads on websites on the Internet. In case of disabling the cookie technology by the Visitor (Buyer), the Administration does not guarantee the full functionality of the dermolivo.com.ua website or some of its services.<\/p><p>3.4. The Buyer gives the administration the right to process its personal data, including: placing personal data in the administration&#039;s databases (without further notice), storing data for life, accumulating it, updating it, and changing it (if necessary). The administration undertakes to protect the data from unauthorized access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer the data to any third party (except for the transfer of data to related parties, commercial partners, persons authorized by the administration to carry out direct data processing for these purposes, as well as at the mandatory request of the competent state body).<\/p><p>3.5. in case of unwillingness to receive a newsletter about promotions, new products, etc., the visitor (buyer) has the right to refuse it by sending a letter to the administration and\/or putting a corresponding mark in the personal account.<\/p><p>3.6. The Administration is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Visitor (Buyer) when registering on the dermolivo.com.ua website and placing an Order. The Visitor (Buyer) is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration on the website and placing the Order and agrees to all risks associated with the inaccuracy of such information.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li>Order processing, pricing, and exchange.<\/li><\/ol><p>4.1. the user (buyer) can place an order independently by clicking the \u201cbuy\u201d and \u201cplace an order &#034; buttons or by calling the phone number indicated on the page. After placing the order, the buyer will be notified about the order confirmation, the contacts specified during the order process, and the availability of the product, or the expected date of receipt of the product if it is not available. When placing an order by phone, the message is sent via a telephone connection.<\/p><p>4.3. in case of absence of the goods indicated on the site, due to technical problems, as well as for other reasons beyond the control of the administration, the specified Order is canceled in whole or in part, and the visitor (buyer) is informed by sending him a message.<\/p><p>4.4. by joining this Agreement and placing an order, the user (buyer) confirms that he is familiar with the sections of the site &#034;Delivery and payment&#034;, &#034;about the store&#034;; agrees with them and understands them fully. The administration reserves the right to change the delivery time of the order by notifying the user.<\/p><p>4.5. the visitor (buyer) agrees that the price of the product placed in the &#034;basket&#034;, its assortment and quantity will be relevant only at the time of forming the &#034;basket&#034; and may change if the purchase was not finalized by clicking the &#034;Place an order&#034; or &#034;buy&#034;buttons.<\/p><p>4.6. the visitor (buyer) agrees that the Goods purchased by him are not subject to exchange and return in such cases:<br \/>4.6.1. more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase of the product;<br \/>4.6.2. less than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase of the product, but the product was in use, the integrity of the packaging and\/or completeness was violated, there are no tags\/price tags, etc.<br \/>- The goods are included in the list of goods that are not subject to return and exchange, according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994( in the current version), namely::<\/p><p>Food products, medicines and medical supplies,<br \/>Sanguigien items.<\/p><p>4.6.3. the visitor (buyer) refuses to provide photo or video materials of the product that is defective and\/or defective in their opinion.<\/p><p>4.7. by this Agreement, the user (buyer) confirms its awareness that only new goods that have not been used and have no traces of use are subject to exchange or return: scratches, chips, scuffs must be preserved: the complete set of goods, integrity and all packaging components, labels, factory markings and the visitor (Buyer) has the original document confirming the purchase of the corresponding product. Violation of any of these points reserves the administration the right to refuse the visitor (buyer) to exchange or return the goods.<br \/>4.8. when ordering goods on the website, the user (buyer) confirms his \/ her consent to receive information about the date of production, shelf life of products in the format provided by the manufacturer&#039;s brand, in particular using the batch code applied to the product packaging or other manufacturer&#039;s markings.<br \/>4.9. when ordering goods on the site, the user (buyer) confirms consent to combine orders issued for one recipient in one package and receive one parcel. If orders are combined, the user (recipient) will be notified by sending a message to the specified email address.<br \/>4.10 if the visitor (buyer) refuses the goods, the administration returns to him the amount paid by the buyer, with the exception of the seller&#039;s expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the buyer.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li>Limitation of administration&#039;s liability<\/li><\/ol><p>5.1. The Administration does not bear any responsibility for any errors, errors and inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on this website. The administration makes all necessary efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on the website of the online store.
